to help the jobless, retrench and homeless.
The upcoming HELP ( Hopeless Emergency Loan Program)
will be set up immediately as a minster says that
the economy is getting worse by the week,
so they have set up a outlet to distribute cash
to people who needs it, especially the jobless
who cannot pay his next car fess or send money
to their secret lover in china and also feed his wife,
