The US will return $105m or 25% of the fine to the Singapore govt of which half has already been returned. Temasek owns about 20% of KOM. The losers are remaining shareholders who will never see a penny while the Govt is actually better off.

Indranee did not disclose this and WP also did not realise this.

Therefore the remainder are either directly owned by Temasek (20%) or controlled by Temasek. Hence Temasek is a 85% deemed interest holder. Its all in their annual report. u should read it. Therefore, 85% of the $422 million fine paid by Keppel is on the taxpayers who own 100% of Temasek.
