The whole idea is to be at a place where they can't take anything from you.
It's vote buying and they will have to give it to everyone. Doling it out to households doesn't work as many members in that household won't get anything.
But please don't tell PAP that it'll costs them much more to buy votes. It would be easier to just work to prioritise citizens rights instead of becoming CECA-lovers.
