PAP blames Singaporeans for the following:
1. Outbreak of Dengue - Singaporeans breed mosquitoes
2. High medical costs - Singaporeans are getting sick
3. Traffic jams - Singaporeans want to own cars
4. High influx of foreigners - Singaporeans dont want to work
5. High cost of living - Singaporeans are too rich
6. Insufficient hospital beds - Singaporeans are getting old and getting sick
7. MRT congestion - Singaporeans dont want to move into the train but prefer to stand at the door
8. Aged people collecting cardboards - Singaporeans do it for exercise
9. Aged Singaporeans cleaning tables at hawker centres - Singaporeans dont want to be bored at home
10. Poor aged Singaporeans - Singaporean sons and daughters are unfilial
11. Zika - Singaporeans want to breed mosquitoes
12. Withholding CPF money - Singaporeans cant be trusted to manage their finances
The root cause of the above is pap's bad and failed policies and nothing to do with Singaporeans' failure. So it is about time pap admits its bad policies and mistakes rather than blame its failures on Singaporeans
