If as you say, you were around last year, then you must also recall that Ramseth was not exactly an angel. Like the rest of us, he had his quirks and idiosyncrasies that sometimes affected real people in real life.

Yes I do know that but Perspective did clear the air, but I don't see any retraction or apology. Yes, Ram did riled some members and you did get riled too as many others as well, but if I recall you just make fun of him and sometimes you did get through his armour. You did not go to the extent of character assassination but I think you possibly could have not believe Ram's side of the story and was taken in as I was initially.

In my attempts to make peace I may have struck a raw nerve, hence his attacks on me too. Nevertheless I am willing to take him on and do a tit for tat if he continues. The ball is in his court.

Agree with you. I did make a mistake regarding investment in landbanking as I was not in this industry. I said I know the CEO personally. Hence I corrected myself after making some inquiries and I mentioned that in one of my posts. No one is perfect and we do make some mistakes and as long as we admitted it, no one should accuse me of being a conman.

you're on to something. it's a very sophisticated operation. the early deep covers sometimes ruffle feathers with late operatives. it's so compartmentalized that the newbies don't know they're dealing with some of the nastiest, cloak and dagger, stab you in the back, veterans. and they're all from the same regime. they'll never buy out those they have invested as deep covers for over a decade. unless they turn rogue and greedy.

Used to spread false information about migration, applying for NS deferment and I used to tick him off for fear mongering and misleading information. Even claimed that his friend a Singaporean who migrated to France was arrested by ICA for using a foreign passport to enter Singapore and convicted. I checked, no such incident. Another case of fearmongering. Overtime he has been found out and now spends him telling people in the Emigration Folder not to commit forgery or provide false information as though SIngaporeans got nothing better to do then commit crime.

In the early days tried to convince me in a roundabout manner that he was formerly with Intelligence with OMS background. Later found not true and had gone to Poly and then on Papa Mama scholarship.

Because the old times have avoided him, he lines up newbies especially those who are rich, talks about wines, cruises,cars, fine dining, etc. Also following Sam's posting and even offered his marina berth. Giving the impression that he is Sam's trusted and old time confidant. We used to watch the fun as he provides the newbies who sound rich with his silver service.
