In my view, i would not worry too much about as these were created to handle the mainstream forums where the admin and mod are compliant and with the PAP's numbers game which was revealed, it was forcing a post or thread to be overwhelmed or taken down. People then shy away.

In this forum, only Ron and Kopiuncle to date in my opinion whether directed or on in the spirit of misguided grassroot work started life creating a false persona. One dropped his bundle and gave up and the other driven out.

Fishypie, Bob Sim, Geylanguncle, Tonychat, Erection, Cooleo, Allen, etc are either etiquette or poor upbringing issues. Fishypie was odd with his flooding but not devious (or not cut out for IB staff) but his agenda is not what Alamaking and you think. In fact he was generating responses thus my suggestion for this kind of extreme trivia a different folder.

F4, Robox etc was a mix of internal ideological skirmishes followed by a dash of fatalism (prepared to bring down the forum (and they nearly did ) if they don't have it their way)

The only thing that I will be cautious about is revealing your identity if you are part of this forum and have been candid in your views. Or should I say overly candid. TRE has already handed over particulars of 1 individual despite their Panama claim but refused to acknowledge it.

Forming friendship in a forum like this will always result in less than candid and objective views. Thats common sense. I will always defend my blood even if he is a moron. I was not surprised that Erection listed his friends. Few was pressured to show support. If you invested time and effort in fellating them you would expect some sort of returns. Alamaking stated 10 but was kind enough not to name them. These are all primary school stuff but it made for a fascinating week and a lesson on group dynamics.

For the first time in more than 10 years, there appears to be a stronger pap presence than anti pap presence in this forum.

I disagree that Ronron and Kopiuncle are the only ones. One of the reasons I surmise that Kopiuncle was allowed to go is that he no longer served a useful purpose and they had others to continue the disruptive work, i.e. making the forum seem as messy and frivolous as possible and disrupting the natural flow and progression of discussions. This thread is actually useful to suss out these "others" and for that, thanks to the threadstarter.

On identity, I haven't revealed that but frankly, not overly concerned even if it is revealed. Something to do with mentality/mindset and circumstances, a topic that could be discussed at a different time. Together with leverage/bargaining power and the crap that I like to spout sometimes.

I agree that Scroobal should do some soul searching and stop targeting members and lump them together with the likes of tonychat and geylanguncle. After all this is the trivia folder. Why the need to alienate a few members who are good contributors themselves?

This forum is not influential in shaping public perception. 90% is trivia from auntie revealing their undies to MRT breakdown incidents. Half of Singapore think that this a porn site and half the ISP have tagged it as such.

10% of content is quite revealing and of high value and the people that raise it can handle themselves. The establishment approach would be to slaughter a chicken if and when they get one. Sending halfwits is not helping the PAP. A few choice words from the likes of Narong and Zeddy gets the job done.

Don't worry about the whacking. Leave that to me and a few thick skinned ones. We are not looking for friendship, accolades or respect.
