嘿嘿,在这里想不吃宵夜都很难,通常游客都会驾车出去市区,来到在小巷的“佳必多”海鲜小吃吃热水碌si ham或lala,又或者来个四宝 — 豆干、鱿鱼、鱼丸和虾饼,是年轻人的最爱,而且越夜越多人!


又或者,去找闻名的蚝煎?地点我又忘记了==’’,看着师傅用鸡蛋和鸭蛋不断地把蚝煎炒得焦香,到处都是等待的食客,就知道有多好吃了!

做法:将啦啦肉青葱粒和鹅蛋一起搅散,烧热镬下半碗油烧热,下鹅蛋煎,用中火慢煎至两面金黄,盛起去掉多余的油,洒些酱油就行了。

鸡蛋和鸭蛋有何区别?
因为有人在散布“发烧时不能吃鸡蛋”的荒谬说法,本博写了 发烧时不能吃鸡蛋吗?一文。范志红老师不但留言表示支持,还随后对这个问题进行了更深入的剖析——发烧无妨吃鸡蛋:深度解析。相信看过此文的读者应该明白,发烧吃鸡蛋是没有任何问题的,既不会加重发烧,也不会产生任何营养问题,“发烧时不能吃鸡蛋”纯属庸人自扰,作茧自缚。​
可今天我有看到类似的说法“发烧吃鸭蛋比吃鸡蛋好”, 因为“发烧体热,就要吃性偏寒凉的食物。鸡蛋性热,而鸭蛋和鹅蛋则性偏寒凉”。这可以算作变相的鸡蛋有害论,因为在我看来,既没有任何证据表明发烧吃鸡蛋 可以使体温增加,也没有任何证据表明吃鸭蛋(或者鹅蛋或者其他什么蛋)能使发烧者体温下降,那么发烧时“吃鸭蛋比吃鸡蛋好”就是无端的臆测!不管它披着怎 样的外衣(比如中医关于食物寒热的说法),都不能认为它是真实的。​
何况,虽然鸡蛋和鸭蛋出身不同,鸡蛋出自鸡(旱禽),鸭蛋来自鸭(水禽),但是就营养成分而言,鸡蛋和鸭蛋并没有什么明显的区别,其主要成分十分相似,具体数值见下表:​

  据中国医学院卫生研究所分析,每百克鸭蛋与鸡蛋比较:

  蛋白质含量比鸡蛋高2.4克,脂肪高1.0克,钙高16毫克,铁高0.5毫克,8种人体必需氨基酸中蛋氨酸高162毫克,赖氨酸高162毫克,苏氨酸高102毫克,苯丙氨酸高86毫克,葡萄糖含量高20%。

  每百克鸭蛋进入人体后比鸡蛋多产生热量12至16千卡,而且鸭蛋中胆固醇含量是禽蛋中最低的,每百克比鸡蛋低40毫克。由此可见,鸭蛋比鸡蛋营养价值高。
  许多人对鸡蛋食疗作用很了解,但对鸭蛋具有多种食疗效果知道的就很寥寥.鸭蛋除了蛋白质、维生素含量略少于鸡蛋外,其营养成分有的还大大超过 鸡蛋。以每100克的营养含量计算,鸭蛋含的磷与鸡蛋相等,其余的钙、铁、镁、钾、钠等含量均多于鸡蛋。鸭蛋味甘咸、性凉,有养阴、清肺、止痢之功效,适 当多吃,可治热咳、胸闷、喉疼、牙痛、赤白痢等症,有益健康。鸭蛋最适宜阴虚火旺者作食疗补品用,煎、煮或沸水加白糖冲服皆可。咸鸭蛋性寒,清肺热、降阴 火的功能颇佳,咸蛋黄油,儿童多食可治疳积,外抹可治烫伤、湿疹。

The best oyster ommelette is Thai hoy thot. No Singapore ohlua can beat that.
