Our police are very very good at catching sitting ducks, (ooops chicken) in pubs and karaokes,,,,,

When comes to fighting in Boat Quay area, always a couple minutes late, no arrest or some other F*** reasons,,,,,,,

Has WKS specially trained these guys to siam the hardwork and round up gals only?

But what about the present SPF since the 90's?

The pap police is only interested to maintain order in areas where foreigners frequented ... both in terms of arrival and arrests ... pap has its "pat-horse-backside" supporters .. but pap itself is "pat-horse-backside" for the foreigners ...
