You can attract talent with money but those who are attracted by compensation are always corruptible; and the more you pay them, the higher the cost of corruption. What a country needs are leaders who serve with genuine desire to help it's people.

In short PAP members are enjoying their expensive lifestyle but they are telling the public that they have very simple and frugal lifestyle
