Do you need a COE if one wants to buy a boat
Must one pay ERP if using one to enter Orchard Rd
Instead of buying a car or bicycle, I think the future is to get a boat. Can even use it to visit JB
How about those cars which can double up as boats. Remember seeing these types of cars way back in the 70's.
