女生称因差评收到商家一套寿衣 淘宝已介入处理
5月11日下午,一个来自武汉的淘宝VIP2买家在淘宝论坛发的帖子引起了数万网友的关注。发帖人称,因为一个差评,卖家在网上买了一套小孩寿衣发了过来,让人不寒而栗。
在帖子里,买家详细地陈述了事情发生的原委。她是一名女大学生,也是一个网购迷,10日下午,她收到了一个来自北京的快递,里面竟是一套寿衣!她收货后当即拍下了照片,并报警和联系了包裹单上的发件人,发件人李小姐后来短信回复说是有一个叫××××的山东ID购买了这套寿衣。

元宵节的晚上,张先生在淘宝商城的一家网店购买了一部手机,由于他没有淘宝账户,使用的账户是朋友小林(化名)的。
2天后,张先生就收到了手机,从外表上看,基本上和网络描述的相符。但当他打开使用之后,却发现手机内存卡里存有他人的视频资料。张先生说:“这就说明至少内存卡是旧的。”
随后,小林帮助张先生与卖方进行了联系。卖方先是不承认,后来说可能是工作人员发货时出错,并表示退20元钱。
张先生没答应,称只要对方打个电话过来道歉。但之后的几天内,对方一直没有打电话过来。
没有收到对方的道歉电话,张先生觉得手机反正也可以用,就说付款算了。小林随即在订单上付款。遇到这样的事情,张先生有些不快,于是在服务反馈表上,给了对方一个“中评”,同时文字描述了该起事件。
匿名包裹里装着一口棺材
给出“中评”之后,对方的电话打来了。对方先是表示前几天比较忙,忘记打电话道歉,随后又与张先生商量,希望能把“中评”改成“好评”。
张先生没有答应。
更改“好评”未果,对方丢下一句话“等着收东西吧”,就挂断了电话。
2月15日,正在公司上班的张先生接到快递公司的电话,让他到楼下收货。张先生下楼一看,是一个纸箱包裹,还是货到付款,价格176元。
张先生觉得很奇怪,拒绝收货。随后,他与发货公司取得了联系,这时他才知道,纸箱内竟然是一口小棺材。

张先生立即向发货公司索要了订货人的电话号码以及支付账号等信息,并开始调查。

他立即整理了相关资料,并通过正规渠道,向淘宝商城官方进行投诉。
记者昨日下午对淘宝商城相关部门进行了采访,一位负责人告诉记者:“遇到这样的事情我们也深表歉意,淘宝网会根据买家提供的证据迅速展开调查,如果查证属实,淘宝网将依据规则,对违规方进行处罚,如果情节严重,店铺将会被关闭。”

记者随后又向安徽省消费者协会进行了咨询,一位王姓工作人员就相关问题进行了答复。
