　　两颗首发卫星均为视频成像卫星，提供卫星拍摄的视频和图像数据产品，其成像范围涵盖了全球主要城市和85%以上人口，对全球中低纬度地区具有较高的重访特性，单轨即可实现对我国从西部地区到东部地区的观测，有利于提升监测我国从内陆到沿海地理、生态环境、国土资源变化等的时效性。

　　数据压缩效率高

　　两颗首发卫星针对视频卫星的特点，采用动态视频编码技术，视频压缩质量高，具有很高的数据压缩效率，大大节约视频数据的存储量和数传下传时间。

　　多模结合本领强

　　本次两颗卫星由欧比特委托航天东方红卫星有限公司研制，历时一年完成，采用成熟的“微纳卫星产品体系”平台，具有集成度高、质量轻、成本低等特点，充分利用星上信息融合策略，实现卫星在多种姿态间的快速稳定机动，具有姿态指向及控制精度高、机动能力强的特点，可实现大范围侧摆和快速凝视。单颗卫星质量55kg，光学分辨率1.98m，具有凝视视频和条带成像两种工作模式。



“珠海一号”遥感微纳卫星星座

　　全天观测无障碍

　　建成后的“珠海一号”卫星星座将搭载高光谱相机、可见光相机、雷达等三类型的传感器载荷，能获取高光谱数据、可见光影像数据、可见光视频数据和雷达成像数据，可全天时、全天候、无障碍地获取遥感数据，形成全天候的对地观测能力，为同一观测对象提供多种类型的遥感数据，实现全方位精准遥感。

　　雷达辅助显神通

　　一般卫星需要在天气条件较好的情况下拍摄，但“珠海一号”有雷达卫星，不管刮风下雨、下雪下冰雹，不管白天黑夜，都可以把观测目标拍清楚，做到全天候遥感观测。一般一颗低轨卫星在天上观测、拍摄地球一遍需要两个月，而“珠海一号”布局完成后，5天就可以扫描一遍地球，热点地区仅需1天。根据卫星的运动轨道，部分区域甚至能一天覆盖多次。因为有不同功能的卫星，从0.9米到5米都能拍摄到更清晰的观测目标。

　　操作简单便用户

　　首发卫星针对商业用户特点，采用了高度自主卫星管理技术，可实现卫星长期自主管理，减少对地面站的依赖。与此同时，卫星设置了星上事物管理系统，用户操作简单，具有较好的易用性。

　　“珠海一号”是由多颗视频微纳卫星、高光谱卫星和雷达卫星组合而成的“遥感微纳卫星星座”，预计将在未来2～3年内发射部署完成。该星座是珠海欧比特控制工程股份有限公司“卫星空间信息平台”项目的主要组成部分，被广东省列入2016年重大建设项目，也被纳入国家发改委专项基金投资重点支持和扶持的军民融合及“一带一路”重大项目。项目建成后，可实现为大数据行业提供高价值的卫星大数据的目标，将创建基于微纳卫星的卫星时空信息产业发展和服务的新模式。

按照国际惯例，各国大使馆一般都由本国的军事力量保护，据了解，美国在全球100多个国家有149个驻外使领馆，其中有148个由全副武装的美国海军陆战队把守，统称为外美国海军陆战队使馆安全警卫队，只有一个美国驻外大使馆不配枪，那就是美国驻华大使馆。

　　美国由于错误的预估了中国的发展以及自己的实力，建造了一批以近海对陆打击为主的濒海战斗舰及朱姆沃尔特级驱逐舰。但在发现其根本没有应对052D型的实力时，马上提出了新一代的FFG（X）护卫舰计划，并对其现有舰艇进行了改装工作。

　　据美国海军时报4月26日的报道称，雷神公司CEO计划为FFG（X）护卫舰增加超视距导弹，以对敌方舰艇和战机已经打击。在最初的设计中，FFG（X）是作为一款通用型的驱逐、护卫舰来使用的。其在设计之初就柔和了美国现有了一切武器装备系统及技术，甚至还加入了激光炮等武器的理念进去。但雷神公司的这番操作，怎么看起来那么眼熟？
