STOMPer Richel spotted this young teenager sitting at a dangerous ledge outside his window. The teenager is later rescued by SCDF.
In an email to STOMP on Oct 9, he says:
“This happened around 2pm today (Oct 9), at Block 946, Hougang Avenue 9.
“This young man was already seated outside when I spotted him from my kitchen’s window.
“I don't know why he was sitting there but it is a very dangerous act.
“He looks like a young teenager, he is brave yet stupid because this may get him involved with the Police.
