A good friend of mine just collected keys and opened up his unit for rental in Nusa Duta, rented out pretty fast too. Amazing.

This reminds me a bit of the houses in Laguna. I think they have a courtyard within their 5-bedroom terraces.

Yes, pretty nice view and very Laguna like. In fact, some developments are also doing theirs similar to Laguna. I guess good ideas are good to implement throughout developments.

Dont know which phase leh . Semi D @ Duta 2 , conner 50x80 lot size was 870K, one year back .

it's a community formed by the residents of ND.. from there u will b able to get to noe other residents staying in the compound & see who's living on your street!

Thank you so much. I wonder what type of roof is above the staircase area. I see they have gutter and drain pipe at the back for the main roofs but there seem to have no drainage for the roof above the staircase.

I hope the lake will be well maintain otherwise after awhile it might be real bad. I look at the cluster brochure and it seems it is also gated but the sales lady told me that it is open to the public. From the site map in the brochure there is a gate to enter the track/path from the east. Anyway least of worries.

I guess the next hurdle is to get the renovation done well and security if we decide to stay there.

There is no drain gutter for the middle roof in between the open courtyard. See attached photos.
If you notice the attached plan for the clusters, there are four security entry gates to the lake and garden. One for the Semi-D on the west, one for the bunglows, one for the cluster in the east and one near the main entrance to the garden. Only accessible for Nusa Duta 1 residents not for Nusa Duta 2 on the opposite side of the main road. Cheers
