I called him, he quoted very reasonable prices on the phone. When he came he started telling this one need special extra works, this and that . I refused to pass him the works and he demanded S$70.00. It is a case of accepting his rediculous price or pay him S$70.00 for his trip of coming to my home.
He came with another guy and applied gangsterism , shouted loudly if terms not agreeable.
At last I paid him 50.00 to get him out of my house.
I check ST, he advertised everyday with his handphone no.94385495.
They are Malaysians.

I just used a private hp no to call him and gave my neighbour unit no. and told him come quickly because piping is choked. Hahahahaha...... saw them went there but neighbour insisted they did not call at all.
