Corruption
A contractor promised a Minister that he would give him a handsome bribe if a major contract was approved.
Believing him, the minister wrote on the file *"Approved"*
Even after two days, the bribe money was not given.
The minister felt cheated.
The Minister's office boy said, "No problem, sir. I will bring the file & you write *"Not"* before "Approved"
So it became *"Not Approved"*
Two days later the contractor wised up and bribed the minister according to what was agreed earlier.
Minister was worried as to what to do next. The office boy again came to the rescue and brought the file back and said, "Write *"e:"* after “Not”.
So it ultimately became *"Note: Approved"*
*Minister was happy & Contractor was happy*
So now who is running the government?
*OFFICE BOY!*
