hdb bto segar meadows.....not bad! sinkies are so lucky!
Living and dining/open kitchen coupled as one living space, 3m by 6m, ceiling height 2.6m. Cook simple meal only there goes your sofa set. Ho kua bo ho jiak. No cooking allowed, FFS, is that still a home?
hdb punggol central.
This one looks like a 90sqm, 4room flat, the 3m by 6m dining cum living concept again. Good thing is the kitchen is isolated together with a small yard. Small rooms thou'.
hdb bto kim tian road.
Looks like those HDB mansionette around Tampines Central, Blk 149 or 151. Or those Blk 168, 169 iirc, those built in the early 80s when Tampines was still a New Town!
Ah Joe have a nice place in LOS, this one tiny living room, don't think he like.this must be joetys' hdb home.
Old HDB design allows the living room and dining room to connect, creating an illusion of enlarged space, actual live able space, pathetic.omg! this must be sam's hdb home in bedok.
hdb resale at holland close with recess lighting. omg! sinkies are so f*cking lucky!![]()
you call that "small"?
90sqm is small when the actual liveable space is less than that. Cut out the yard aka ledge, kitchen, bomb shelter and 2 washrooms. With only 2 adults and 2 kids running around already very squeezy...
whatever!
Life's outcomes are determined by individuals based on choices they make in life and their attitudes towards adversity.
The government plays no part in individual outcomes.
I go for a minimalist approach, open and zen-like... View attachment 17247
