These fuckers are groomed and mollycoddled for decades until they lose touch with the private sector. I know of a very few scholars who have gone out and done well on their own. Of course, these scholars after yrs of having good life suddenly feel out of place when dealing with people from the real world. They suddenly feel civil service is so much more better. If you can't do well in this Ministry, you ask for a transfer.

If you know someone well in a GLC, you can join them and become a director holding high pay.
