For me, I don't recommend Western medication for a long term solution to high BP

Ginger supplementation is what I would recommend. Ginger helps prevent atherosclerosis (thickening or hardening of your arteries), and if this problem is resolved your BP will come down. More importantly, your lanjiao will mari kita often. Just stay away from non-nubile ladies. The pheromoneless ladies are natural dampers to mari kita.

no, he kwai kwai eat his subway sandwich and told him be good boy...he told me his BP and blood sugar stabilize liao according to review by doctor this morning. don't know what medication they feed him...anyway i just left the ward...
