i totally agree. fried mee suah is a a very delicate art.
only a few stalls can do it well....delicious dish!!!

Bro, you dont simpLy buy a pack of meesua and deep fry them.These meesuas are purposedLy manufactured especiaLLy for frying.
ALong any streets of MaLacca they offer Lots of such meesua meant for frying..

Comfort food for me is Mee Goreng. I like it with the cucumber and the cheap pink-colored ketchup at most sarabat stalls. Haven't tried the Maggi version yet.
