My colleague got sack for piak gf when WFH. Can complain to MOM?

The department had a video conference meeting. After 15 mins, they saw a nake girl walk past behind him

Manager immediately ask him who is she and why is she nake. He say is his gf and she is used to being nake at home.

Manager don't believe, say he must have piak gf during office hours. Manager sack him.

The thing is manager got no evidence he piak gf when WFH what. Gf nake does not means that they got piak.

If he complain to MOM, he sure win the case?
