If he had studied history of the arabs, based on evidence and facts, he will know that those early arab believers were very different. They read books by and work with non muslims. No problem.

Precisely, it's the people who twist and turn their originally harmonious religious teachings to their advantage and incite hatred and vengence toward other religions, because to them, they think that by doing so, they will become great and be honoured as a martyr to their beliefs.
