And yes I know how hard it is to find locals to work blue collared jobs. We rescaled the job and managed to attract locals by offering higher wages and few working hours.

So for any towkay who complains they can't get locals, they are being greedy and cunning to push the blame onto the workers.

For the right pay and right hours, you can get as many locals as you want.

I do agree with you. Bosses cannot just relied on cheap labours (FTs). Technologies have to come in to the business. And salary have to be up there, considering Spore high cost of living.

U know hw CISCO had grown to present size? Sucking the employees hardwork and paying them peanuts. Cisco/certis dont charge their clients cheap. As for normal security agencies is dog eat dog. Under cutting each other. Security firms get peanuts fm clients and employees (security guards) get crumbs fm security firms. Working hours also chia lat. 12 hours shft, 6days week, 7 days leave per year. Gross salary @ $2300. If uncle MG can tahan such working condition they better take care of their hearts.
