MOE do not welcome non-graduates as teachers

MOE said by 2015, all new teachers will have to be graduates. They also recruits teachers from the top 30 per cent of each cohort.

Currently, 69 per cent of primary school teachers and 92 per cent of secondary school teachers have degrees.

They want Quality teachers only.

Graduate Teacher DOES NOT mean Quality !!!.... MOE must have shit up their brain when they announce this.... What happen to those diploma teacher? they also can have quality and great personality to be a great teacher.... they could have their own reason why they don't or unable to be a graduate....
