Asked to go. SAC rank. Story was he left coz upset others were on par with him but hard truth is, asked to go. Found him to be a very intelligent chap though. Sexual orientation changed when studying overseas.

A DSP in the SPF may be equivalent to LTC in the SAF,
but a SAC could be a BG or MG

Not sure about Legal Service but SACs are highly unlikely to command 30k salary. If can be DCAD, his superscale grade should be higher than SAC.

Imo, he is where he is today coz many either opted out along the way or were marginalised for one reason or another. He was one of the few OMS left standing. The 2 Sohs failed along the way. Aubeck left many years ago. Leo even longer.
