Medical Problem - Bloated Stomach, Diarrhea

I actually kept the stone but my wife threw it away after I kept on admiring that stone for 2 days. Haha. It was the exact size of the pee hole and the funny thing is, I did not feel the pain in my pee hole when it shot out.

I googled this picture. The stone is half the size of the left stone and it looks exactly the same.

I got kidneys stones within a span of 3 yrs and was admitted twice to TTS.

The pain was really unbearable. My first episode was a 15mm renal caculus in my left kidney. Have to squat in toliet for abt 30mins after each pee. Feel like dying. Subsequently I was admitted to the urology dept in TTS. The consultant performed a test called IVP. Freaking hell, so unbearable. He used a small metal tube to insert into my penis. See Angelina Jolie also can't stand.

After which he give me some painkillers, 5 days MC and schedule another x-ray scan called KUB. During KUB, they strap me until so tight that I almost can't breath.

The second episode is equally bad, but minus the IVP. But was hospilized for 2 days, can claim from my insurance rider. Hengz arh!

FYI I got mine when I was 26 and 29yo. Doctor says once I got UTI, sure will relapse.

The best fruit juice is wine, i.e. fermented grape juice. The best way to seek quick treatment is to call 995 and pretend to be immobile. Can settle bill with Medisave and Medishield. I had the same problem before, went to the 24 hr clinic, doc recemonded to drink 100 plus or coke, he bring 2 large jugs, surprising ?, however i suggest that you stop eating all the rubbish for the time being, having stomach problems and still take chocs , duck rice, oily stuff ,this will cause more problems. only eat porridage, soups, natural food like fruits, another good ideas is to take isotonic drinks, like the pokka isotonic,the old formula ENO salt mixed with water it will replenish loss of salt due to diaherria ,also work well, just stop eating rubbish for a few days.

You can also buy this Citravescent Sachet drink.. Its urinary alkaliniser which treats the symptoms of Urinary Tract Infection.. Just add warm water to the powder content in the sachet and it will dissove quickly to produce an orange flavoured drink.. Its available in Guardian Pharmacy for $1.20 a packet.. It was recomended by a doctor to me..

No sir, UTI can occur to any parts of yr urinary tract. For example, bladder, kidneys, ureters and lastly the tube that yr urine travels.

Mine is not STI, but is recurrent renal stones. UTI can be pretty serious if the infection spread to yr kidneys. I suffered pyelonephritis during my 2nd episode. The pain is more severe than the first.

Seems that this thread does reveal that quite a few of us had kidney stones before and also UTI. I always thought that only women will have UTI. I was amused when my wife had it a few years ago. Now I knew how it felt like. It's a timely reminder for me to watch my diet. Bloody stomach still feels bloated now. I suspected that the food cannot be digested.

It is fortunate you have the symptoms early. Do consult a polyclinic GP and ask them to refer u to a specialist immdly. If u have insurance coverage with rider, do ask yr agent whether it covered all tests.

Juz to sidetrack abit, one of my NSmen frd had bloody diarrhea and was discovered to be colon cancer stage 1. Luckily he got the affected intestine removed and undergo the chemotherapy early. He was declared a cancer survivor.

Alamak, u made me worried all of a sudden... Just now felt bloated and went to dig my throat to vomit out everything including the stomach acid. Lots of water though. But I felt really good now. Applied some medicated oil and covered my tummy well. Can't wait for morning to come to go polyclinic :(

Edited and added: it's funny how I covered my wife well with insurance just in case she has all the dreaded C illness but I forgot to cover myself!!!

Hi, really appreciates your input to my problem. I did a google and most gallbladder problem involved pain. There is no pain at all. Just bloatedness. I do hope that it is just mild food poisoning or indigestion. Wish me luck!

Bro don't wate your time going to Polyclinic.. Queue damn long and some of the doctors really got the fucked up attitude.. Few years back, my mom went to a Poly in the East to extract a bad tooth.. After extracting the tooth they didn't not even issued her any painkillers.. She was quite in pain during the night and I had to drove her to a 24 private clinic and requested the doctor to give my mom some medication.. Doctor was kind enought to give my mom few good painkillers.. She managed to sleep comfortably that night after going to the private clinic.. Think its better for you to go to a very good pirvate clinic.. This kind of pain that you are experiencing, better don't play play hor..
