This month see eye doctor, renal doctor and lupus doctor
Well, all add up close to 1k bill

Blood test for kidney disease damn expensive, about 160-200.
See eye doctor also have to check this check that. Do eye check also expensive
One time also close to 200

Then then see doctor one time about 50-70 for consultation fee.

Last year in patient bill, all claim back.

Outpatient bill. Only cover blood test and some procedure cost.
Usually my Husband claim that and I don't know which can claim and which can't claim

It is terrible to get lupus.. I hope you are not working as it will worsen lupus condition. For Lupus patient, you probably need to do blood test every 3 month and that can be costly. However,if you can get subsidy , the blood test can be as low as $50. The most expensive is the monthly medication bill.. Not sure if you are taking Cellcept or MYCOPHENOLATE, they are not subsidized in Spore hospital so it might be cheaper getting them online

It is terrible to get lupus.. I hope you are not working as it will worsen lupus condition. For Lupus patient, you probably need to do blood test every 3 month and that can be costly. However,if you can get subsidy , the blood test can be as low as $50. The most expensive is the monthly medication bill.. They keep attacking my kidney and till my kidney totally lose all its function.
And now they are attacking my others organ.
Really Wan me die .

Now doctor said I must ready for dialysis, still wonder so I need to take so much cellcept?
Last time I used to take 3g per day( max)
Now lesser as I just restart my cellcept.

Worse is others have chance to do transplant but I have lupus so also not sure I suit for transplant or not
Because my lupus is active.

Others patients is fine with dialysis and can live as per normal
I see some of lupus dialysis patient like my Friend, Everyday just 要死要死
Then almost Every month go hospital.
Sometime really think 死了更好

The solution to your problems is easy, just don't go dialysis,,,your blood will become septic than u just go,,,have some alcohol and enjoy life etc,,,than just go,,pay all these medical corporations for what?

as discussed before, yours is lupus nephritis class iv. at adult onset, this is just the beginning. things will get worse from hereon. docs in their zeal to not under treat will require more tests and visits. your cost will escalate but more critical your quality of life will deteriote rapidly with medication short of dialysis. time to commit to dialysis before both kidneys fail precipitously. transplants are not going to help in your case. the disease will continue to attack transplanted kidneys. lack of clean blood will impact your overall health in other functions and organs.

You are really in a bad stage of Lupus.. Did the doctor increase your PredniSONE to suppress your lupus flareup? Many of the medication you are taking have side effects.. Since you are going for eye check up, I am assuming that you are taking HYDROXYCHLOROQUINE which is very toxic that can cause bad side-effect to your eye. Most Lupus patients do not live very long...Even if Lupus don't kill you, the side effect from common lupus medication of PredniSONE , ENALAPRIL and HYDROXYCHLOROQUINE can make your life really miserable. Only advice to you is to keep your stress level to 0..
