I noticed that many cages are manned by FT's in particular Filipinas or Pinay.

These are shake leg jobs & I do not believe there ae no takers from Singaporeans nor are they under-qualified for the jobs!

Floor managers must give experienced dealers wad. Singaporeans always think they get a degree (in this case learn how to deal cards) and then they want to become MANAGER!!

And yes they are all very underqualified!

From what i understand from RWS. they are still down of staff and not alot of Singaporean want to take up the job as its a shift job and relate to dirty word "casino"

My opinion is. These Singaporean is DUMB to the core. its a new industry and if they work hard and smart. they will get to next level within 2 months. I saw 1 of my friend works as a dealer. after 2mths in RWS. he is going under training as pit supervisor now.

in 4-5 yrs time. a salary of $8k-$12k is on sight.

Singaporean is really dumb. and cant think.

I am Singaporean and I make my part time living from casino while holding a full time job.

Im atcually pretty impressed with the quality of the local croupiers in RW. In fact, most of them had mastered the tagalog language superbly. Amazing!

hahahahahah The even better part is that our local croupiers, regardless if theyre chinese or indians, have become more Pinoyized. Short, stout & talk like a gibbon.
