Few days after the NPM are implemented, papers are sebei proud to tell the world that property as if has cooled down !
Many so-called speculators are backing out from their deals becos they need to sell their private property if they buy HDB flats---be they FTs , new citizens, or locals !
Very Scary right ! Just imagine before the new measures kick in , how many private homeowners oredi bought HDB flats for investment ??? How many, ask may the oppo parties ? This is a very imperative question becos the HDB resale and the new ones , the price all balloons beyond control becos they have engineered into investment values !
Willing buyers and willing sellers becum a HDB mantra when comes to tackling high price……no money for nasty COV ,you have to scram !
So how can local commoner-buyers looking for shelters compete with the moguls right ?
HDB has to reveal the number of private homeowners now owning HDB flats , using it as an investment to rent out !!!
This is too scary to imagine becos you have 500 k PRs in sinkapore., 100k millionaires and they can buy HDB resale flats and new flats ! Sinkapore is about Batam size , how many new 25 k flats per year can you build on sinkapore ? Think again, HDB flats will never be enough if the immigration madness continues !
Many people say—sometimes, if one cuntry’s politics becums too personal, its own people sure suffer right !
And still, most local sinkaporeans cannot see the big picture !
The New property measures will not bring down the housing price…..the misery continues…..the measures come too late in fear of losing votes !
