Man, 18, found dead at foot of NUS residential block​

Based on preliminary investigations, the police do not suspect foul play.

An 18-year-old man was found lying motionless at the foot of Helix House, a residential building at the National University of Singapore (NUS), on Oct. 3 morning.

He was pronounced dead at the scene by a Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) paramedic, the Singapore Police Force told Mothership.

The building, located at 37 Prince George's Park, belongs to Prince George's Park Residences.

Police statement​

The police said they received a call for assistance at the building at around 7:25am on Oct. 3.
Based on preliminary investigations, the police do not suspect foul play.

Police investigations are ongoing.
Mothership has reached out to SCDF and NUS for comments.
