Moles mix around and encourage their friends to join different oppies parties so that votes will be spread out amongst the oppies party. in meantime, they use new friends to attack those who already know who they are (of course they do not want their identities to be burst). And the ppl used to attack the KNOWER are currently unaware they are being used.
