Old Klang Road is booming with residential projects, for investment wise dont think it will generate high rental. It is close to Midvalley and Bangsar but this area still considered localised area.Mostly bought for own stay.It does not close to any commercial center or education hub and it can be quite a traffic clogged area during peak hours.

Klcc area is good investment but the place traffic always congested.

Nearer there, a friend recommend Axis Pandan, Chempaka. This is leasehold project and not so sure on the pros and cons for leasehold project.

What is your view for Axis?

If you are talking about Axis Crown, that project has been delayed for a number of years. The Developer managed to deliver the retail shops, Axis Residences and SoHu but delayed on the more expensive Axis Crown apartments. If you visit the building you will see one of the tower (Axis Crown) vacant and yet to VP. The other portions are VPed already. I would stay clear of Axis Crown unless you have good info when it is expected to complete. I too was initially looking at Axis Crown back in mid 2011 until I googled and see so many ppl complaining late delivery and no end in sight.

Tmn Chempaka while is close to Star LRT, the surroundings abit 'chap', which turns off some ppl esp those ppl who like upper class areas like Subang Jaya and PJ.
