-Crack everywhere in the Wall.
-Poor wall plastering particular at Plug point area.
-Roof leaking during raining.
-Value for the price paid.(Around 30%).
-Security Guards not in good attire n doze during working hrs.
-There is a few robbery case reported.
-Kindly advised to do a survey with resident before purchasing any unit. 1.0 by 323334(1) on 26 Nov 2009

agreed, value for $$ 30% only, feel fully cheated. Workmanship really an issue, wall are wavy plastering. would wanted to sell off even at a loss.

A lot of malays are living there. Hence, they will build a giant mosque there. lol..free daily morning call...won't be late for work.
Besides, I also observed that the security has to be enhanced as that area is not using access card for security control.
