Gateway semis facing golf course all fully sold i think.. must buy from reseller at over rm 1 mil now
Last I checked, there were still 3 semi-D units all in one row in a cul-de-sac, facing the golf course - available from developer. These units front entrance face the electrical house and side part, in future will face the coastal highway... Prices start from around 1.2 or 1.1m?...
For us, after considerable deliberations and thoughts, have decided to buy HH condo for future weekend stay - a high floor, south facing unit, overlooking the golf course.
Landed is nice and very tempting but for us at this point in time, not quite practical, given it'll need a lot of work and maintenance.
Also thought of buying for 'investments', ie rental income and capital appreciation - but we figured it would be easier to invest in Singapore properties compared to JB as land, even within Iskandar is really abundant and in years to come, there will be newer "hot" areas.
However, for own home stay, landed either in HH or EL, definitely two thumbs up!
Well, lets see what the new Rabbit year brings...
