Maybe other folks here can provide more information, i won't be going there for now. Likely have to go together and bring along all documents, photocopies of passports and photos and of course your relative/sponsor with their mycard.
Thanks bro for your reply and addition recommendation of Batam. It's very heartening to see you share the countless advice, life experience and hardship encounters which you have gone through. Despite the 10 over years you have resided in Malaysia, it's very sad to see that Malaysia won't even recognize you as a "PR". I really do not understand why between SG and MYR, it's a one way affair. We offer so many jobs and "high paying salary" to Malaysians. They get to work in Singapore and to live and retire like a "king" back in Johor, while we Singaporeans suffer and work till we die in our own home country. I feel sick just thinking about it. it should be mutual beneficial that both countries help each other to live and "let live." There is one thing i don't understand. We apply for LTSVP at "Setia Tropika Block A, #10 "? This is a government place? Isn't there a number i can call to enquire if brothers or sisters qualify? If anyone else has any experience / success with LTSVP, please do share. Thanks guys / WuQi.

Sabuan have ypu heard of it? Any ckmpany will do and that enables you and anyone you hire including relatives working visa. Much bettet than any of the plans. But i am not a businessman so i do not know how to do it

Then you are not learning much beyond your well. Sinkieland gives out PRs like candy, bringing in all sorts of rubbish. Ask around. No other country is so stupid. My sinkie friend has a malaysian wife yet even he has not gotten pr yet. Our dependant pass for spouse is one bloody year. You see which country is that mad. Many pimps use this to bring in hookers. If they get caught done. If not they return and he says divorce and try it again

Wuqi i tried the facebooi page you recommended. 10 dollars to go indah for carpool. Not bad at all. From joo koon

This should be for Labuan only, policies in Malaysia outside of West Malaysia tends to be a bit more relaxed, even for their MM2H.

Some can go as low as 8 but now with all the tolls etc, 10 is still a good deal. Only thing is must wake up extra early.

Another way to beat the crowds is to live in Desaru and take the ferry every day.

Rent not buy and just get somewhere here:

Else the train is still my best bet. Once RTS comes up, the KTM train shuttle will be no more.
They should keep both actually or have a common CIQ. It will also help the commuting folks if the
RTS hours are longer than that of the KTM. My heart pains for the masses taking their motorcycle
into SG. Especially those coming back via Tuas in the evening, seen so many accidents and deaths.

During the evening rush hour, everyone just wants to go home and have dinner, drive slower, drive safe.

Actually indah is ok. That was 430pm. Some jam sure but never as bad as woodland. And there is toll so i understand if its more expenisve

Again other places are worth considering such as Thailand.
Saw websites talking about this: By making an investment of THB 500,000 - THB 2,000,000, applicants can obtain the Thailand Elite Visa – a multiple entry visa with 5-year, 10-year or 20-year validity. Mostly those from China are keen on this.

Also can refer to Stickman

Else, again Batam seems viable as well.

Thailand is literally how well connectes you are. My relative can extend his visa for 3 months. Grease the rigjt palms. I dont know thai else i would be there already

Ah yes. But there are no terms saying you HAVE to live on that side. Just that you can buy property. Rental anywhere ia never restricted. If i have legit business i will do it right away

Condo imo not a very wise investment in JB. As it is there are too many unsold landed in Jb

And i give people warning. This thing is going to be messy . So expect that for the first few weeks. Sinkies only know ksl so they will not be affectable. Still same side
