for those who think u can compare the performance of house price between singapore n iskandar, think again ;p

Compare already.
Once Iskandar is fully developed.. a brand new semi-d cost S$5-mil in Spore.. the same one in Nusajaya will be RM5-mil.. The only different is currency

To fully develop Iskandar requires another 15 - 20 years. Already prices are soon reaching that level. Greed is vey much at play.

The key factor is whether businesses will thrive ( manufacturing, education, finance, health, sports, entertertainment : we can see these developing except maybe for finance, slowly but surely happening). Job creation must continue, becoming attractive for malaysians from other states to move here. Malaysia has over 20 mil ppl, and malaysians are mobile. The younger generation will go to where the jobs are. When the economy becomes more vibrant and population increases, property price increases will be sustained. I am a strong believer and here for the long term... 10-20 years from now, rm1000psf -1500psf will look cheap.

Nice Spread! How much per head? Lunch?

Nice Spread! How much per head? Lunch?

We had dinner and price is RM78 per person before tax. I don't know the regular price for lunch but they are having weekend lunch promotion at RM45 per person but you'll need to reserve table because, as advised, it'll be fully booked.

Thank you for the heads up!

Dude, I suppose the buffet is halal?

Bro, ALL hotels serve food that is Halal, unless they want to a visit from the Health and /or Religious Department and have their licences revoked!

today 730am plus already hv 2 roads blocks at bk indah n hh areas .....wats gg on ?

Must be 大件事. I was in after 11pm last night and road blocks were set up at Coastal Highway beside the Country Garden development site and outside Nusa Duta towards direction of Skudai.

SG cars were waved past.

Road block also in Bukit Indah ,TUTA and Impian Emas.
Actually, JB should have road block for reducing crime.
