Yes, but the discount we got was pretty steep so really got exceptional price at that time. Now one type of commercial unit has appreciated 200k there and one old commercial unit was auctioned off for 1.6m, now renting for 1 RM psf (12,000 sqft built in)
Did get lucky and managed to help get discounts and save 10k here and there for friends for individual purchase but thats probably because i introduced quite a few to some developers here and always pro bono.
