Has been to far dangerous places in the course of his travels? What pop up in my mind are those who pay for a package tour to foreign "exotic" places and expect tour guides to be their nannies--no need to make any preparation to know the exoticism beforehand.
At home, they can see on TV all sorts of ghosts, vampires, spirits. Perhaps all the horror movies helps to brainwash to no risk-taking goodies.

I am not sure why that person will feel that way, is he not a resident there. Even if he is a tenant there, he has a right to complain. It is true though, from my limited observation, many who asks alot of questions are just trying to find excuses for themselves not to take any action. Rather than the removal of doubt, your answers only serve to fuel their anxiety. I even have people asking me, are there ghosts in such and such a development, what about rats, snakes, some even asked me about tigers in their community (yes i get all kinds). Sometimes i don't know whether to laugh or cry. Those who really would do it are people who typically asks less than 5 questions.
Those who asks more than 50-100 questions (YES there is someone i personally know) didn't even come to Johore once but has been to far dangerous places in the course of his travels.
Yet there are others who uses a single house defect to justify his decision not to buy in that development. I just say nothing but to wish these people well.
