Feel better soon, bro camera
Nusa Data has launched D'Rich Condo Suites. Most are starting from RM 300k onwards. RM 500k gets you a nice 3 bedder at mid-level. Location is behind Giant Bukit Indah. FYI if apartments are your cup of tea.

Logically it should be no biggie as in lieu of exit stamp you can always point to the date on your MACS page. Then again, why risk having to do naked squats. One thing to point out to those going to apply for MACS. After getting the MACS and clearing Malaysia custom, MAKE SURE THAT YOUR PASSPORT IS STAMPED. Mine was almost not stamped as the officer thought that I entered Malaysia today already with MACS. So, please take note.
Thanks Crystal, will do that
Since I was in the neighbourhood, decided to check out how my unit at NI was doing. Seems the guards are now more on the ball as I needed to spend some time to persuade her to allow me to enter. This is nice! Hoping the security standard will continue to improve from here. Then, went in and looked around. Judging at the rate of construction, I will not be surprised if the project was complete before end of the year. Hooray!

dun mind I add on one more thing when you are topping ur touch & go card at the toll booth, it is the only first 2 toll booths counting from left that have ppl manning the booth for top up.
Bro young lip, no show house yet. Last check 2 weeks ago, they are accepting booking only and they said 90% are booked.
Chances are if you didn't like horizon residence, u won't like this one (strictly based on plan comparison)
90% booked?...wow...i suspect its 90% of the units released. dont think its whole devt. based on cardboard and they can sell so well..
Bro, "booked" doesn't mean it's sold. They haven't obtained the advertising permit, that's why they have gone onto the route of "booking". When it comes to actual launch, some people will always choose to back out and many units will be released then u interested meh? I remember u said u are eyeing on one property for investment ...
yep..this is one of them.....
so i think i will just wait and look see in the meantime.
Cheers.
Dear Bro Aries,
Welcome to the forum.
I was also given the options to view all those you listed...but in the end, I chose P8 as it is the only precinct with a DMC...
Being the only precinct with a lake only sweatened the deal further....
Hi KrisSpot23, you might want to head down to the furniture shop at Giant at Bukit Indah, first floor, they have some mattresses there.
I use Izola located on the 2nd floor at the Skudai Giant, i have had bad back too so i asked them for help. I think the rebond mattresses
that they have are pretty good, nice and firm. If you are large size should get something like that as its better than springs in my humble
opinion.
Another thing, you may want to consider going to the round about at Bukit Indah, there is a new Tea Garden (Gu Wen Cha) there. Right
beside it is the TCM place i used to go for back pains. Expensive though but mainly open on Tue, Thu and Sunday if i remember correctly.
One time only, very painful process but after that, pain has not come back for more than 2 years straight.
yep..this is one of them.....
went to Sembawang's The Nautical today. Today's launch is quite muted...first time after so many years, property agents more than buyers..if show room crowd is any indication, i think SG prop may come down soon....that being the case, demand on iskandar prop may also moderate as SG prices becomes more affordable. look at the number of ECs, DBSS being launched recently,...
so i think i will just wait and look see in the meantime.
Cheers.
Bro, welcome to this forum. I wish I would have been to NI to take a look since I have heard many positive things from the Bros and Sis here including you. Being near to the lake looks attractive to me. I hope I have some more bullets after having just bought a house somewhere else.
let me share a few humble pointers between choosing the dev in NI:
7A:
- Launched in May 11, left intermeddiate (30%) and 2x endlot with "4" in the house number.
- Location near the hill, depend on whether you like green or not, one of the highest ground in NI, overlooking other dev.
- No Deed of Covenant, up to the community to setup access card...etc
- No older phase selling cheaper, next might launch Semi-D as well as Bungalow on this precinct.
7B:
- Nice Courtyard layout but sharing entrace with precinct 5 which is a rather old precicnt. In precinct 5 there's Courtyard 2 that was selling way cheaper than your house, and location wise I dont see why Courtyard 3 stands out against the Courtyard 2
- Next time your "hill view" will be blocked by the proposed apartment, which is located right behind your house...
- No Deed of Covenant, up to the community to setup access card...etc
8B:
- The only precinct with Deed of Covenant which all residents have to pay the security and maintenance fee, with CCTV at the guard house and visitor/resident lane
- So far the only phase that is walkable/jogable to the lake without vehicle/going through guard house
- Only one phase that was selling cheaper than your house, and that phase is quite a distance away from the jogging lake thus making your phase has it's edge.
Choose wisely on what you want...worth $0.002 from me...
