IMHO, as HH and mine are not strata title, I think the land title would rightfully be transferred to owners before completion bah ... There is no reason for developer to hold on to it anymore, unlike the strata.

Sorry Bro, actually I was not asking for the formula for stamp duty and I was planning to type the formula but then forgot while typing the other parts of the post. Thank you very much anyway to put up the formula for the others to view.

Strange though, for my case, I have already paid the differential sum between the purchase price and loan amount and the bank has already paid a significant % as requested by the developer.
Strange, how comes I have not got the land title transfer to me?
Does this happen any other bros who have got landed property from HH developer?
