This video reminds me of CECAs pushing S'poreans out of our PME jobs while our govt looks on.
Class management should be one of their KPi de wohPrincipals and teachers are only interested in meeting their own KPIs. Do you think they really care for the students? I suggest that the police treat this as an assault case; with the video evidence available, it should be an open and shut case.
Bullies are brave when in a group. I ambushed a bully in upper primary school while he was walking home alone, and he was beaten up so badly he never bothered me again. The others avoided me because they didn't want to be looking over their shoulder everyday after dismissal. My son was bullied in primary school. I approached the bully, told him the next this happened again I was going to get the police to arrest him. The expression on his face was priceless: he was scared shitless. The bullying stopped after that 'meeting'.
Been searching for this, thanks a lotHere's the uncensored video:

I would take the law in my own hand if my son is bullied by CECA Indians. What the fuck are the school management doing?
They are really too woke and DEI Jiak Liao bee
But if it is happening again, the adults need to step in.Mum already file police report lioa
It’s the principal who say take action Luis but don’t wanna reveal what action taken. Probably just a verbal warning to not do it again
As parents, we must release any concerns about seeking help. Since bullying occurs outside our home, we'll need a wider support network. Inform teachers, request their assistance in a non-accusatory manner and ask them to be vigilant. Engage with the bully's parents and consider a group discussion to resolve the issue. Openness and a collaborative spirit will empower us to address this effectively, far more than an isolating, adversarial stance. However, I realise that most teachers won't be of much help and will likely tell parents to speak to the Principal. The bully's parents are likely to be defensive and be in denial about their child being the aggressor. But if it is happening again, the adults need to step in. The little bully would probably enjoy seeing an adult bullying his own father, no?
CCS believes that by looking the other way, the problem will go away.My teachers told me that more and more bully cases happen now because MOE chan Chun Sing defuses to allow police to step in and to investigate
That's why letting the bullying child see the same done on his father will work. However, I realise that most teachers won't be of much help and will likely tell parents to speak to the Principal. The bully's parents are likely to be defensive and be in denial about their child being the aggressor.
Samsters in our 50s or 60s will know what public caning in school means. We were brought up to fear authority, and that is why not many of us suffered from bullies. In my case, I reported them promptly, and even exacted my own vigilante revenge on 1 of them. That's why letting the bullying child see the same done on his father will work.
