Actually if the luxury category is introduced...it will off set the lower prices of the other categories...might even earn more. The luxury category will be for the super cars other atas cars....and it's basically a tax on the toys for the rich...paying 1 million for a Lamborghini etc is wet wet water for them...and coe of 300 or 400k is no biggie...
