Most don't mind cos it's not everydayPremium to pay for? Listening to track noise? Units near the track will suffer.

Internally, Leisure Farm is quiet and exclusive.
However, outside Leisure Farm, lots of future activities/developments are happening.
Thus, road infrastructure planning is a must so that residents inside Leisure Farm do not need to drive out into madness and congestions once out of the main gates due to the proliferation of activities/traffic flow in the immediate Gerbang Nusajaya area once UEM/Fasttrack get the projects off the ground.
Well sadly you in Malaysia. Malaysian don't do public consultation.
I feel that LeisureFarm is a very quiet estate that is extremely well maintained. But the pricing is also very high. I am not too sure whether this is still a good investment. The price increase is quite scary.
That's my point. I don't like their marketing and sales tactic now. They are just unashamedly targeting Singaporeans. Using balloting is a trick to drive up the prices. But then willing buyer willing seller.
It's definitely 10year price increase all factored in already. Yet pple are snapping it up. Very fantastic.

I think the so call willing payers/suckers need to wake up.
You can get one of these in the central of KL for a little extra swimming pool with good transport near by. http://www.iproperty.com.my/propertylisting/2403666/salak-south-bungalow-house-forsale
Wake up people! Stand your ground. Don't fall in to the trap. Johor is still very much half waste land. You can't bet your money like this, no much different in casino.
I have nothing against Leisure Farm. I'm a Leisure Farm resident and long term investor me self.
I know Singapore is expensive, sadly you can't compare Tiffany & co with Swarovski.
I agree but fast forward 5 to 6 years from now with the huge access road(construction now) into auto city, Ascenda Reits, possibly china mall opening of 3rd entrance in front sunway theme parks and possibly a HSR stop at nusajaya 2.8 million for the semi d look really cheap.
Heard a huge club house coming up and buy back of the poresia golf club on Mulpha cards.
