T were for appointment holders....but technically cannot be promoted to the rank. ie NS NCO chaps holding rank of sgt then.

actually I think that's true also, meaning that if that guy holding the rank of T-sgt training recruits locally, were to go for an overseas exercise or even for war, he reverts back to a cpl or 3sg and resumes his permanent rank and appointment as section commander and not platoon sgt.

Since LHL is such a talented person with so many titles to his name I was wondering if he is still receiving pay from his brigadier days What about from all his past MP positions. Is it possible for civil servants to receive multiple salaries at the same time
