Cannot be SPH. ISD. They have good ties with all Chief Security Officers. Seizing these exhibits should be no problem. Afterall, it is a matter of national security. If it falls in the hands of foreigners, surely S'pore's national security and interest would be compromised even though the scandal is now public knowledge.
