7 month dinners, getai, funerals and renovations if on sundays or start or stop earlier/later then 9am/5pm.....made countless calls without fail. But if within stipulated time i just grin and bear it as i am a law abiding citizen....

How long ago was "back then"? You do know that the police of today don't take action unlike the past. The fact of the matter is this. What this means is that the neh probably tore down the entire house and had everything rebuilt. It's quite hard to believe cos on g map it looks small but in the picture the area looks huge.
