Cabby not only changes lane suddenly, he hurled vulgarities at me
This cab driver changed lanes suddenly, leaving just two inches between STOMPer Jeremy's car and his taxi. He also spouted Hokkien vulgarities at Jeremy, insisting that he was right.
Jeremy said:
"I was driving on the outer most left lane when this taxi driver changed lane so suddenly that he was within within inches of smashing into my car.
"When I tried to stop my car to check for damages he just drove off and refuse to stop even though I turned on the high beam and horned him. I had to cut him off on the CTE before he stopped.
"Not only was he not apologetic, he was arrogant in insisting that he did signalled to change lane. It was impossible for me to know for sure if he did or not as I was at his blind spot.
"He then started cursing vulgarities at me.
"Seriously, cab drivers in Singapore need driving as well as etiquette lessons.
"All drivers know how taxi drivers can suddenly brake or change lanes to pick up or drop off passengers, without properly observing the appropriate road manners.
"I hope CityCab does something about their drivers, especially this one!"
