Negotiations to be held in Belarus a lapdog of the Putin regime. The Ukraine delegation should abstain from any drinks, tidbits offered during the talks.

Report says near the Ukrainian-Belarusian border. Didn't say in Belarus.

massacre at kharkiv. russian vanguard forces kena ambushed by ukrainian infantry using javelin anti-tank weapons and rpg’s. ukrainian troops could be seen rummaging thru’ destroyed and burnt out russian armored vehicles for bodies, survivors, ammo and arms that could be reused. thousands of russian dead and captured. very malu for putin. it shows that determined and well entrenched infantry with anti-tank weapons can stop and destroy armored units easily these days, especially copying tactics from isis and taliban in confronting supposedly “stronger” and more powerful armies. no more cakewalk for armored columns thinking they can suka suka roll into a trap.
Alot of the russkies are actually conscripts...n russkies can only win in a war where collateral damage is not an issue where they can use saturation bombardments like in Afghanistan where no one gives a shit about a village getting destroyed. In Ukraine where collateral damage is a big issue they have to send the soldiers in n fight block by block..n they are conscripts..they don't see the need to fight. N with the crematorium trucks where they are treated as cannon fodder n basically disrespected by their leaders...they will be even more reluctant to fight. The Ukrainian n russkie armed soldiers are roughly equal in number . N the Ukrainian is fighting for their homeland n homes...the russkies are doing the bidding of their leader. Hence this is going to be Afghanistan prt 2 for the russkies

gpgt (will post pic later). there was one ukrainian old farmer who offered to tow a russian tank back to the border with his tractor after the tank ran out of fuel. lol.

will you be posting the pic of the russian tank being towed soon?
many thanks in advance.

Russian blitz was too slow. The element of surprise is over
t-72 has a road range of 696 km with external fuel drums. without fuel drums, road range is only 369km. max speed is 69km/hr. and due to terrain conditions with snow, ice, dirt and m&d, non-road range is reduced to 269km. moreover, many of them went to staging area with less than full tanks. thus, by the time they crossed into ukraine border, out of fuel. truly fucked up.

International pressure mounting.. There are rumours Disney+ and Netflix will cancel his subscription too. Putin is finished!

Russian President Vladimir Putin was suspended from his role as honorary president of the International Judo Federation, the sport's governing body said Sunday.
The IJF cited Russia’s invasion of Ukraine for its decision to oust Mr. Putin, a judo black belt and enthusiastic booster of the sport.
“In light of the ongoing war conflict in Ukraine, the International Judo Federation announces the suspension of Mr. Vladimir Putin’s status as honorary president and Ambassador of the International Judo Federation,” the statement said.
Mr. Putin, 69 years old, has credited judo with getting him off Russia’s streets as a young man and teaching him discipline. He has even suited up in the past to spar with Russia’s national team.
The IJF said Friday that it had canceled the 2022 Grand Slam in Kazan, Russia, planned for May.

This is worst than the krauts at the battle of the bulge. They did not have enough fuel n hope to capture from the allies...we all know how that turn out. I hope the Ukrainians don't give up n continue fighting since foreign volunteers n arms are coming in. N when the thaw comes in. The russkies will really be stuck. Make the russkies bleed. The war is costing the russkies 20 billion a day...its alot for them

Russia's Putin puts nuclear forces on high alert

Russia's Putin puts nuclear forces on high alert

MOSCOW: Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered his military command to put Russia's deterrence forces - a reference to units which include nuclear arms - on high alert, citing aggressive statements by North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) leaders and economic sanctions against Moscow.

"As you can see, not only do Western countries take unfriendly measures against our country in the economic dimension - I mean the illegal sanctions that everyone knows about very well - but also the top officials of leading NATO countries allow themselves to make aggressive statements with regards to our country," Putin said on state television.

International tensions are already soaring over Russia's invasion of Ukraine, and Putin's order will cause further alarm.

"I order the defence minister and the chief of the general staff of the Russian armed forces to put the deterrence forces of the Russian army into a special mode of combat service," Putin said in a televised address.

Defence Minister Shoigu replied: "Affirmative."

Ukraine's foreign minister later said that Kyiv would not buckle at talks with Russia over its invasion, and accused Putin of seeking to increase "pressure" by ordering his nuclear forces on high alert.

"We will not surrender, we will not capitulate, we will not give up a single inch of our territory," Dmytro Kuleba said at a press conference broadcast online.

The Russian president on Thursday ordered the invasion of Ukraine, sending shockwaves around the world.

Russian ground forces have pressed into Ukraine from the north, east and south but have encountered fierce resistance from Ukrainian troops, the intensity of which has likely surprised Moscow, according to Western sources.

Ukrainian authorities describe some Russian troops as demoralised and exhausted, claiming that dozens have surrendered.

"TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE"

The United States on Sunday said Putin's nuclear forces alert represents a "totally unacceptable" escalation of the invasion of Ukraine and accused the Russian leader of fabricating threats to justify "further aggression".

"This is a pattern that we've seen from President Putin through the course of this conflict, which is manufacturing threats that don't exist in order to justify further aggression," White House press secretary Jen Psaki said on ABC when asked about the announcement from Moscow.

The American ambassador to the United Nations, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, said she condemned Putin's step in the strongest terms.

"It means that President Putin is continuing to escalate this war in a manner that is totally unacceptable," Thomas-Greenfield said in an interview on CBS.

Moscow has the world's second-largest arsenal of nuclear weapons and a huge cache of ballistic missiles which form the backbone of the country's deterrence forces.

Putin said he was putting Russia's nuclear forces on high alert because, he said, Western countries are taking "unfriendly" steps against his country.
