Yes, stupid meaningless war.. But I feel that Zelensky should put in more effort now to end the war n that is to negotiate terms with Putin... No point continuing to fight...!
I think he should fight on. For every day that Ukraine fight, it is bleeding Russia. Before the war, Russian military co-operation with China was high. Now its zero because they need the weapons and technology for themselves. This weakens China which is good for Asia.

But to fight on means more deaths on both sides.. It's also not good for mankind with a dwindling white population cos we all know the other group's population is growing in huge numbers everyday...
Not that I suck up to the whites but we need a balance in all ethnic groups....

No point using troops to launch an attack into Russia .. Ukraine should use long range missiles n send fighter bomber jets or drones into Russian big cities! This will wake up Putin n Co.
But I'm surprised Ukraine's military weapons are so weak. They don't even have their own missiles, jet fighters, tanks etc..... Everything has to be donated!

Oil refinery in Crimea tio hoot by drone! It’s war!
Waste of time attacking all these refineries, factories etc....
To inflict total damage is to hit it @The civilians in the heart of Russian cities residential areas. This is what Putin is doing to the Ukranians. It's perfectly fair for tit for tat...
Any war is bad for all parties @The end of the day.

WASHINGTON – The United States announced on Tuesday a new US$1.2 billion (S$1.6 billion) military aid package for Ukraine that will include air defence systems, ammunition and funds for training, the Pentagon said.

Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative (USAI) funds will be used to purchase the weapons, allowing US President Joe Biden’s administration to buy weapons from industry rather than pull them from US stocks. Delivery of the weapons and systems depends on their availability and production timeline.

In the package, Ukraine will receive additional air defence systems and munitions and the technology to integrate Western air defence launchers, missiles and radars with Ukraine’s native defence systems. The funds will pay for 155mm howitzer ammunition, counter-drone ammunition, satellite imagery and various types of training, the Pentagon said.

So far in fiscal year 2023, the Department of Defence has provided US$5 billion in security assistance to Ukraine under the USAI in four tranches. In FY2022, the US put US$6.3 billion worth of USAI funds to work buying for Ukraine’s defence.

The US has also rushed more than US$35 billion worth of weapons to Ukraine using the Presidential Drawdown Authority, which authorises the president to transfer articles and services from US stocks without congressional approval during an emergency.

Tuesday’s military aid comes as Congress and the White House debate ways to avoid a default on the nation’s debt, with many Republicans demanding sharp cuts in domestic spending in exchange for lifting the debt limit.

However, members of both parties insist they support continued aid for Ukraine. They include top Republicans Kevin McCarthy – who is House Speaker – and Senator Mitch McConnell. REUTERS
