Not surprised to see this when both sides are using the same military hardware. In the absence of any visible markings, it is near impossible to tell friend from foe.

Couldn't see any colour armbands on the troops too.

Turns out it's a friendly fire by a Ukrainian tank. Now it explains why the soldiers were just standing around when the tank approached but it doesn't explain why there was subsequent tank firing sound in the vid clip.

Yup. Russia has no motive to attack Finland and Finland doesn't have a motive to join NATO to give them one.

Why didn't the troops move when they could see the main gun was pointed at them? Even from a friendly tank, and for safety reasons. We don't point pistols or rifles at our fellow soldiers. Fucking tank commander ought to be tried and shot for this.

Second firing sound could be another tank or hand-held anti-tank round taking out that tank. Fear that it could have been hijacked and commandeered by the russians.
